Rushmega (rushmega.live) operates exclusively as an automated index and media catalog engine. Rushmega does not store, upload, transmit, or host any copyrighted video files, MP4 streams, or multimedia assets on its own servers.
All media content available through our interface consists of embedded links and iFrames hosted on independent third-party storage networks (such as VidLink, AutoEmbed, Embed.su, and others). Rushmega has no direct ownership, operational control, or liability over the content provided by these external cloud providers.
2. Safe Harbor Compliance & Notice of Infringement
